TOO MUCH PUSSY ! Feminists Sluts in The Queer X Show, le nouveau film d'Emilie Jouvet !
" Too Much Pussy !
Jeunes femmes militantes, artistes, écrivaines, musiciennes, sex workers, pornostars.
Heterosexuelles, Lesbiennes, Bisexuelles.Queers.
" TOO MUCH PUSSY ! Feminist Sluts in The Queer X Show "
is a sex-positive road-movie by Emilie Jouvet.
It is an explicit documentary about the wild adventures of 7 women on a performance art tour,
who travelled in a van around Europe during the summer of 2009,
treaded the stages of nightclubs and theaters in Paris, Berlin, Stockholm...
They are activists, artists, writers, musicians, sex-workers, porn stars.
They are from Europe and from America.
They are of various sexual (dis)orientations and gender expressions.
The film documents the tour, the life-changing experiences that the 7 girls go through,
the intersections in their shows and in their lives between pornography and art,
performance and reality, personal and political.
Emilie's camera filmed it all, from the intimate connections building between the girls,
to the unavoidable tensions and exhaustion of being on the road,
from the sexual encounters with the locals,
to the political and artistic reflexions the performers engaged in.
Emilie Jouvet, Wendy Delorme, Judy Minx, Madison Young, Sadie Lune, Mad Kate and DJ Metzgerei bring to you a sex-positive feminist manifesto.
USA love it
This movie is incredibly hot! Everything in it contributes to its raw, edgy eroticism: the music, the lighting and camera work, the chemistry between the actors, and the activities they engage in. The eroticism begins immediately, yet builds in intensity slowly, creating a mood and seducing the viewer. There are five separate scenes of women having passionate, raw, and very, very aroused sex.
Each scene is an incredibly hot one-night-stand--few words are spoken, no names are exchanged; the eroticism is intense and spontaneous. The actors make putting on gloves and lubing up look like the hottest foreplay around. The actors act like the camera is not even there. They make what they're doing look really good for the viewers, all the while remaining completely unselfconscious, completely wrapped up in their arousal and their partner's body.
The actors are very hip-looking, and many sport tattoos and body piercings. They cover a broad swath of gender presentations: butch, femme, androgynous...and there's even an adorable trans-guy. They wear a variety of clothing from baggy jeans, button-up shirts and tie, chest harnesses, skirts and garter belts, and they take some of it off while leaving other bits on (or just taking it off little by little, as needed). This contributes to the rushed, so-hot-for-you-I-can't-even-bother-getting-totally-undressed feel of each scene.
Expect to see everything from heavy petting, breast play, and oral sex to strap-on sex, spanking, and toy play. One scene includes anal penetration of a woman wearing a tampon. The presence of a tampon string may distract some, or turn off others, but it does contribute to the movie's "real" feel: these are the ways these women want to have sex, and this is what their bodies are like, no apologies.
Visually, it's gritty and raw. The camera creates an atmospheric quality by shifting in and out of focus, moving around, sometimes smoothly, sometimes a bit jagged, to different body parts, shifting between full-body shots, genital shots, and shots of different body parts. Each scene features a different song, most of which you could expect to hear in a club. It's not background music: it's loud and sets the mood for each scene. This may be distracting to some viewers, especially those who don't like the music. But it's a significant component of the film and contributes to the feel and intensity. While the music is playing, there are no sex noises, but once the song is over, we get to hear the women moaning and sighing. There are hardly any words spoken (there don't need to be!).
Overall, I highly recommend this for anyone looking for very real, raw, intense, seductive, gritty, fleshy, creative, inspired lesbian porn!
One reviewer compared The Crash Pad with One Night Stand (Pour Une Nuit):
"I think the overall quality of One Night Stand is higher than the Crash Pad--there is more attention paid to the aesthetic qualities, for one thing. The whole film is very cohesive: the camera work, lighting, sound, etc. work hand-in-hand with the sex itself to make a truly arousing and beautiful movie. The chemistry between partners is high, which makes it feel very real.
One thing that Crash Pad has going for it, though, is that it doesn't have the artsy camera work and the loud music, things that work well in One Night Stand but are not always what you want. In Crash Pad, you get a straight, long camera shot of the women's entire bodies, interspersed with some long genital close-ups. The camera work in One Night Stand is frenetic at times, and while you get an overall *feel* for what's going on, you don't get to look at any one body part or position for a very long time. In Crash Pad, you can kinda feast your eyes on the scene before you for a while. Plus Crash Pad just has sex noises instead of mood music. I also think the actors in Crash Pad are more aware of the camera and play to it, whereas the actors in One Night Stand seem like they could care less that the camera is there (both of which have different benefits)."

some news of ONS in USA
I watched this dvd in a motel in Amherst, Ohio while on a two-week backpacking extravaganza. This is one of those places where everywhere my partner and I stop to eat we are asked if we want separate checks. And we keep getting those secret “family” looks from other queers on the road. I made sure the volume was up all the way before I started watching. The movie starts and you’re lead down into a club. In night vision. Following some bad-ass, popped collar, smoker dyke. There are looks exchanged, a cigarette lit, and a wordless encounter in the bathroom. So begins our journey of one night stands. There’s no sex or even kissing for nearly six minutes into the video! Which, in normal timelines isn’t that long, but when your hand is down your pants, time moves much more slowly. On the whole, I really enjoyed this video. The “sex players” (isn’t that a great title?!) are young, hip, and very attractive. They are hot and clearly hot for each other. The chemistry is intense: these people actually enjoy having sex with each other. There are no awkward moments, no forced dialogue, no roles played out. The sex players are a diverse cast, feminine presenting, masculine presenting, transmen, bois… not too many thicker women, but hey it’s France, and they all look healthy. Besides the rampant smoking, which, although being sexy, was difficult to watch having just quit. I liked that they had pit hair and pubes (no shaved rashy pussies!) and got totally sweaty during the scenes. In the first scene they use (gasp!) both gloves AND lube. I hate in porn when everything just looks so dry and friction-y and you can tell they’ve been going at it for hours and no one has bothered to re-lube. Really turns me off. In this video, however, everyone stays pleasantly moist. And there’s even a lovely statement at the end of the video that all of the sex players freely chose their safe sex practices and their partners. How revolutionary. They also use toys throughout the video. And they use them in a way that feels natural, not like the director just handed them something at the last minute. There are nipple clamps, dildos, strap-ons, and a some light flogging. Immediately, the film is reminiscent of Shine Louise Houston’s Pink and White productions (Crash Pad, Superfreak, In Search of the Wild Kingdom). But perhaps it is just because both are queer and lesbian porn made by lesbians and queers. The style is quite different. Jouvet uses predominantly a hand-held camera, so the image isn’t very steady, but she gets in there for some steamy shots. The lighting is mostly the light on the camera, some colored lights, or whatever light the room has. I couldn’t tell if the out of focus shots were because she went to art school or because she couldn’t figure out the manual focus on the camera. The result is that the film looks quite gritty, low budget and very DIY. It feels much more honest, as if these people are just her friends having a great time fucking, and they very well could be. The extras are gems. The interviews reveal such words of wisdom as, “…real life takes place between the legs of those you love,” as well as letting you get to know the cast truly believes their work is radical and significant. There is a behind the scenes view, as well as two short extra scenes. Be sure to watch the extras, you don’t want to miss the director play a fairy godlesbian who turns two dolls into people who start doing it. Trust me. **One Night Stand is now available for purchase at Early to Bed!!** a lire ici ________________________________________________________ Porn of the moment ! Ah, Paris! If for no other reason than to begin a review with "Ah, Paris!" did I watch this for lesbians/by lesbians movie, shot in dingy clubs with a spotlight and shot with sweaty abandon in apartments and elevators around the City of Light. Really a series of vignettes featuring some of the same people on one steamy night in Gay Paree, "One Night Stand" ("Pour Une Nuit)" was made in 2006 and just made its way via festivals and US distributor Fatale Media to my hands. Along the way it won "First Prize of the Lesbian Jury" at Berlin's inaugural porn film festival. Femmes fatales outnumber lipstick lesbians in this movie featuring strap-on action and andro girls (who look like a Smiths-era Morrissey and made this writer confused) as well as, according to the cover, "real orgasms." I can never tell. Me, I take what I can get and appreciate any extra effort. But in terms of a travelogue, the excellent soundtrack and appealing, occasional outside filming make Paris look like it is crawling with predatory lesbians ... with not one shot of the phallic Eiffel Tower in sight.
